Highgate

View from the Archway

City skyline from the Archway

The weather may be getting colder, but it was a beautiful day to spend a late autumn afternoon strolling around Highgate. I’ve been waiting for a couple of weeks now for visibility to improve sufficiently to take some pictures of the London skyline from the Archway bridge. Then to Waterlow Park. Popped into the church office to deal with a couple of outstanding matters, rendezvoused with Mary Ann for a late lunch, then we caught the tube down to Marble Arch to get another suitcase from Marks and Spencer (we’re all matching now) and (I kid not) some smoked sprats from Selfridges Food Hall.

I’ve posted up a couple of pics here, but if you would like to see some more you can visit this Facebook album.
