Wonton soup for the soul

So far it is over 24 hours since we left our house and we have made it as far as Hong Kong International Airport. What an extraordinary place this is – more like a shopping mall than an airport. As a break from airline food I am sitting in a food hall consuming a bowl of shrimp wonton soup while the rest of the family are looking round the shops.

Everybody’s pretty exhausted but we still have a way to go – HK to Manila by plane then minibus up to Pampanga.

They’re just calling us for boarding so this will have to be a short post.
